Gloria Sears has enjoyed a thirty year career that includes staff management, human resources, recruiting and operations management. Most recently, she has supervised two successful learning center programs prior to assuming her current role at LACC. Gloria has a degree in Education from Liberty University and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Executive Leadership.       

Gloria is passionate about educating children. She is dedicated to bringing differentiated learning experiences to LACC that address the varied learning needs of our students. She also strives to make learning relevant and interesting. Gloria has three adult children and one adorable granddaughter. She is a member of Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church where she sings on the Praise Team. If you ask Gloria about her favorite things she will respond with Jesus, her family, writing curriculum for children, reading mysteries, cooking and creating learning centers in classrooms.        

Debi brings a wealth of business experience and expertise to her position as the Assistant Director of LACC. She has managed the office of a small business as well as managed the operations of a construction firm during her professional career. Debi handles the financial aspect of our business as well as serving as an integral part of day to day operations.

Debi firmly believes in education and staying current in her field. For this reason she uses her multi tasking skills to work full time as well as being a full time student to complete her CDA credential. In addition, she has completed course work in the Administrative Childcare field. Debi is married and has two beautiful daughters. She is a very involved member of Messiah Lutheran Church, serving as the treasurer on the Church Council. If you ask Debi about her favorite things she will definitely respond with her family, the children at LACC, Iowa State Fairgrounds Speedway and working on her home projects.
